Hubbard Lloyd News Great North Run As some of you are aware Lizzy took part in the 2006 Great North Run to raise money for Arthritis Research Campaign (ARC). She managed to drag herself around the hilly 13.1 mile course in two and half hours and to date has raised over £1,500 for ARC. Donations are still welcome and can be made on-line at www.justgiving.com/runlizzy. Thank you to all those who have already supported her. Colchester Tigers Women’s Basketball Team We are proud to be one of the sponsors to Colchester Tigers women’s basketball team who in their first season at national league level secured the 3rd spot in division 2 and were knocked out in the semi-finals of the national trophy. Good luck for the 2006/07 season!
Annual Statistics Our annual average statistics for medical practices and GP earnings in 2004/05 is now available and please contact Elizabeth Lloyd if you would like a copy of our figures and accompanying report. Unfortunately, our figures did not support medical reports made earlier in the year of GP average earnings being £250,000!! Managing money for GP's This is the title of a book published earlier this year by Radcliffe and written by AISMA members. It is an invaluable tool for practices and we have purchased a number of copies which we have been able to pass on free of charge to our clients.
