Tax Investigation Services

Since the introduction of self assessment, H M Revenue & Customs have increased the regularity of their enquiries. They do not have to give any reason to justify opening an enquiry and many cases are selected each year totally at random.

Therefore we offer our clients, at a very competitive cost, a Tax Investigation Service. This service is supported by an insurance policy in our own name and we will pay our costs for those clients who subscribe to our service for dealing with -

• HMRC full enquiry
• HMRC VAT dispute
• HMRC PAYE and NIC dispute
• HMRC IR35 dispute

The service also provides free of charge a legal helpline available 24 hours a day offering advice in all aspects of law affecting your business including employment and health & safety matters.

Although you may have insurance policies in place with other organisations or through trade memberships you should check what cover is included and what options you have on who undertakes the enquiry work for you.
